This Sunday: Worship + Potluck Taco Bar + Team Meeting
We’ll be Livin’ on a Prayer in our final Sunday before we LAUNCH Salt House worship!
Why do we pray? C.S. Lewis puts it this way: “I pray because I can’t help myself. I pray because I’m helpless. I pray because the need flows out of me all the time - waking and sleeping. It doesn’t change God - it changes me.”
Come experience prayer this Sunday as we finish our Lenten journey through the marks of Christian community in Acts 2, and we turn towards Holy Week, together.
Dinner this week = TACO BAR!
Ground turkey taco meat + Spanish rice provided. Please bring: tortillas, taco shells, black beans, refried beans, guac, sour cream, shredded cheese, lettuce, cilantro, salsa, onion, olives.. or any other necessary ingredients! It's ok if we double up on some as we'll likely have a lot of folks. We’ll have plenty of time to enjoy dinner and ministry team time as we get ready for LAUNCH.
"They committed themselves to the teaching of the apostles, the life together, the common meal and the prayers" ~ Acts 2:42 (The Message).
