We show our love by caring for one another.

Here are four specific teams we mobilize when caring for others. You are invited to join any or all of these team via the form below

WAYS TO ENGAGE IN CARE MINISTRY

CARE PARTNERS
Care Partners walk alongside others going through hard times – to be a presence of support and prayer. This means checking in with folks via phone and text, and sometimes visiting in person. It can mean hospital visits or helping with rides. It is praying and taking time to name how God is present. Our Care Partners will form a team, will receive some training, and will meet periodically to support one another, as well, in the partnering they do.
MEAL TRAIN
Our Meal Train is pool of people to be called upon to make food, bring meals to folks in need (e.g.,  just had a baby, recovery from surgery, in cancer treatments, etc.). An invitation will go out when the opportunity arises and you can opt in if and when you are able to make a meal for that particular person at that time.
EMAIL PRAYER LINE
Subscribe to the Email Prayer Line to engage with the needs of our community through prayer. This is wonderful way to support our folks who may be facing a hard time, letting them know they are held in love and prayer. Sign up to receive prayer requests via e-mail from our community, pray on your own on behalf of those who have needs. If you can commit to praying, and holding confidentiality, then we’d love for you to join this email prayer team.
